RNIB Scotland's wish list for future councillors.

As we approach the local council elections on May 4th, a major sight loss charity is publishing its own manifesto.
RNIB Scotland will outline it's wish list of actions that could improve the everyday lives of blind and partially sighted people in a publication to be presented to politicians and the public on the run up to election day.
