‘Brexit must happen’, says Panmure Gordon’s Buik

Claims Supreme Court judges who ruled Parliament must vote on Britain's exit from the EU were "Pro-Europe" are being dismissed by one of the UK's top financial commentators. Panmure Gordon's David Buik says the criticism is "unjustified". But he's warning the democratic process means "Brexit must happen".
