More than 600 people gathered at the Place de la Monnaie in Brussels at sundown on Friday to stand up for the rights of people they say are threatened by a Trump presidency. Timed to coincide with Donald Trump’s inauguration, the Lights for Rights demo featured speeches, music, the lighting of candles and a minute’s silence and was one of 600 organised in 60 countries around the world this weekend. Our reporter Hannah Haynes was there.
