New REPUBLIC OF WORK Business Innovation Hub to open in Cork City Centre Business Lounge, Coworking Space, Meetings & Events Space and Dedicated Innovation Centre all feature in this exciting new development for the city's business community.
CORK (January 18th 2017) – New Irish Company, REPUBLIC OF WORK announced that it has selected a site on Cork’s South Mall for its first of its kind in Ireland, business innovation hub. 12 South Mall, located in the centre of the city's historic business street will be home to REPUBLIC OF WORK Cork City.
Founded by experienced Cork entrepreneurs, DC Cahalane and Dave Ronayne, in partnership with Bank of Ireland, the 15,500 sq feet facility consists of an ‘airport lounge style’ business lounge for casual meetings and networking, a state of the art meetings and events space, as well as a co-working space with one hundred and sixty desks available on a 30 days no-contract basis. The space is designed for use by businesses at all scales; solopreneurs, startups, SME’s and multinationals, across all industries. The location will initially provide 10 jobs directly, but it hopes to be able to help its members create more than 100 jobs over the first 18 months.
