More twists and turns in the RHI scandal this morning. A former DUP MLA has launched an attack on Arlene Foster. In an interview in the Newsletter - David McIlveen claims Arlene Foster is personally responsible for the renewable heating scheme shambles. Meanwhile DUP ministers say they are working on emergency legislation to reduce the projected 490 million pounds extra cost to "zero". Economy Minister Simon Hamilton says he's seeking Sinn Féin's approval for the plan. But that came out of the blue for Sinn Féin finance minister Mairtin Ó'Muilleoir who said he was bemused to learn of the DUP's 'solution'. So what is going on and how is this crisis and stand-off between Sinn Fein and the DUP going to play out?
