Oil prices could rally to $80/barrel over the next few years, says Clem Chambers, Founder of ADVFN.
Chambers view may come as a surprise for many given most pundits see equilibrium in the range of $50-$60. However, Chambers believes oil below $80 is undervalued, while above $80 is overvalued.
