Devonport Strikers win FFA Cup round in historic Tasmanian first

Wednesday night in Devonport was an historic one for Tasmanian sport when the Devonport Trsikers won their round of the FFA Cup, defeating the Lambdon Jaffas (NSW) 1-0, to progress to the next round of the national knockout soccer competition. Despite cold and wet conditions a crowd of almost 2100 attended the game, including Martin Agatyn, who spoke to Devonport captain Brayden Mann and club president Rod Andrews after the victory . . .
