Guide Dog Owners Still Facing Refusals From Taxis!

The law states that a Guide Dog can not be refused travel in a mini cab or taxi, so why are some owners still having drivers turn them away?

The charity Guide Dogs is reminding drivers and businesses of their legal obligations and is also campaigning for Disability Equality Training to be mandatory as part of licensing.
