Three Burnie Dockers women's footballers have been drafted to AFL clubs for the first ever national women's league. Emma Humphries was taken at pick 57 by Melbourne, Elyse Gamble was taken at pick 69 by the Western Bulldogs, and Brittany Gibson was taken at pick 141 by Brisbane.
