Provo police arrest suspect in killing of man at transient camp

Police in Provo have arrested Emmanuel DePaz for the killing of Ammon Brown, who turned up dead at a transient camp near 1600 South State Street on Monday. Detectives say he was carrying a hatchet when located by UTA officers at a Salt Lake City train station.
