Sean Curran reports as the Chancellor Philip Hammond delivers his first - and last - Autumn Statement. He told MPs that economic growth was expected to slow down and announced that he was moving the Budget to the autumn. Labour's Shadow Chancellor, John McDonnell, said Mr Hammond had "no answers" to the challenges facing the UK following Brexit. Also in the programme: a row about NHS and social care funding at Prime Minister's Question Time, the pensions watchdog said it would be up to a court to seize Sir Philip Green's yachts to plug the hole in the BHS pension fund, and the tasering of mentally ill patients is raised in the Lords.
