Mark D'Arcy reports from Westminster, where there is a call for the government to reverse a planned cut in the number of MPs. Mark also talks to senior peers after ministers announce they are shelving plans to curb the power of the Lords and he finds out from MPs what they think could and should be in next week's autumn statement.
