'Tolerance is about listening, mercy and kindness' - Non-Violence and Dev't Organisation
The Organization for Non-Violence and Development, a local Non-Governmental Organisation is pleading with the people of South Sudan to put aside their differences and adopt the culture and spirit of tolerance and peaceful resolution of misunderstandings.
The remarks come as the world marks the International Day for Tolerance, set aside on the 16th of November every year to create awareness about the principles of tolerance based on respect for cultures, beliefs and traditions of each other.
Moses Monday John, Executive Director of the Organization for Non-violence and Development says South Sudanese have suffered for far too long and urges for tolerance and peaceful coexistence.
