Disarmament exercise yields fruits in Tonj

A disarmament exercise in Greater Tonj has recovered more than 500 illegal firearms.
The voluntary exercise is one of several measures contained in a security bill recently approved by the Tonj state assembly to improve security in the area.
Maniem Bol Malek, the top authority in Tonj South says measures have been put in place to ensure effective disarmament.
