Heathrow expansion helps Highlands

The UK Government says a third runway will be built at Heathrow. Transport Secretary Chris Grayling says it'll boost the economy by up to £61billion by 2020. The decision was made after ruling out extending an existing runway at Heathrow, or building a second one at Gatwick. But what does the decision mean for the North of Scotland?
