Walk Like MADD - Adam's House - 'The Good Adoptee'

This week on the award-winning For the People, host John Voket talks with MADD CT, along with two surviving victims whose lives and families were shattered by drunk drivers - and we'll invite everyone to support the cause at next Saturday's Walk Like MADD. Then we'll return to Adams House to learn how their grief education programs are helping families with empathy, guidance and support after the loss of a loved one through tragedy, illness or accident. And we'll wrap inviting you to 'The Good Adoptee' a powerful play that chronicles one adopted child's challenge to access birth records - while raising awareness for Access Connecticut and Calo Programs.
