No chance for a Mitt Romney write-in effort in Utah

Voters hoping to stage a write-in campaign for Mitt Romney in Utah will not be able to draft an unwilling candidate. Utah Lt. Governor Spencer Cox explains why only registered write-in candidates will have votes counted in November.
