Police Scotland’s area commander for Perth and Kinross, Chief Inspector Maggie Pettigrew, updates Tay News on the search for missing 15-year-old Kathleen Harkin. She was last seen on the banks of the River Tay, near Woody Island, at around 9.30pm on Saturday, October 8.
