Shiva Uranium in development phase – Oakbay Resources

In today’s CEO interview segment, Tip TV’s Beth Payne and Charlie Gibson, Head of Mining at Edison Research talk to Trevor Scott, who is CEO at Oakbay Resources.
Scott provides an in depth update on the Shiva Uranium mine, which is one of the largest high quality uranium ore bodies in the world. The total Uranium resource is 196 million lbs. Scott says the mine also has a 5.2 million gold resource.
Gibson is quick to point out the extreme volatility in the shares listed on Johannesburg stock exchange to which Scott says the company aims to improve the liquidity in future. He adds that extreme volatility is mainly due to the fact that very few shares are being traded.
