Are the Tories set to cut funding for farmers?

With the NHS' ever increasing need for more money could that cash come from another big pile - the money that goes to farming? That was the suggestion by the Tory MP George Freeman this week at his party's conference when he warned that the £3 billion a year that goes to farmers was now up for grabs to be distributed elsewhere.
