A debate on openness and transparency at Stormont wasn't attended by a single minister. With the chancellor saying that the economy's heading for a fall, the executive is pulling in two directions over Brexit, no-one knows where we're going - so was this a good time for the DUP to crack open the bubbly at a champagne reception?
