M&A mania continues: Janus Capital, Henderson merger – Betaville
There was a feeling last week that Merger & Acquisition (M&A) activity has cooled, however, Janus Capital and Henderson merger shows the M&A boom is intact.
Henderson’s shares rallied 20% today; it’s highest since January 2009. This is due to the merger with Janus Capital. The combined firm, Janus Henderson Global Investors Plc, will have a market value of at least $6 billion.
