Nikki Yeoh is a trailblazer for a generation of young musicians. Despite her emergence on the jazz scene stretching back to 1990, playing with Courtney Pine, she's waited 25 years to release an album under her own name. A wonderful improviser and musical story teller, she joined Chris Philips on The Blueprint on Jazz FM to talk about the inspiration behind the new album 'Solo Gemini' and play a few selections.
