A Florida zookeeper who was fatally attacked by a tiger in April had screamed for help into her radio before she was killed, according to an autopsy report released on Friday.

Stacey Konwiser, 38, died of a fractured spine and lacerated jugular when she was attacked by a 350-pound Malayan tiger before her co-workers could reach her, the Associated Press reported, citing the report from a medical examiner.
