'No involvement of Loyalists - no legacy deal', that's the warning from leading loyalist Winston Irvine.
The PUP spokesman has been setting out his thoughts on Eamon Maille.com. He says that 'excluding Loyalists from a legacy process, will sabotage any progress on how we engage and deal with the past.'
Secretary of state, James Brokenshire, recently said that making progress on the issues of the past is one of his "key priorities".
