There's been a couple of cases in the past few weeks where people in US airports have panicked after hearing noises they thought were gunshots.
Is there a better way to respond to these types of situations and quickly calm the crowd?
ABC news crime and terrorism expert Brad Garrett joined Brian on Utah’s Morning News saying these types of situations are a real dilemma for law enforcement.
