Derry shooting victim "on his hands and knees crying out for help"

A 40-year-old man's been shot in both ankles in a paramilitary-style attack in Derry. It happened at Culdaff Gardens in Creggan at around half past ten last night. Four masked men were involved. This woman - who doesn't want to be named - saw what happened.
