Uncertain future for Kinloss Barracks

It's emerged that Kinloss Barracks will not be immune from a review into potential base-closures. Moray's MP Angus Robertson is claiming a defence official has told him the site's future is being considered. It's part of a UK-wide rethink on military spending which could lead to defence site closures, although no decisions have been made yet. There is already a campaign to prevent Fort George near Ardersier from being shut.
