More on petrol station “drive offs” will it lead to more thefts?

Yesterday we brought you the story of petrol station owners around the Ards peninsula claiming the police are 'washing their hands' of 'drive offs' at their forecourts. It was after the PSNI said that owners will have to pursue non payment of fuel themselves because many are genuine mistakes and placing a preventable burden on them.
