Kevin Greening & Zoe Ball

Kevin Greening was known for his work on the Radio 1 breakfast show with Zoë Ball from 1997 to 1998. After early days with the BBC, he moved to Virgin Radio in 1993. Kevin joined weekend Radio 1 in 1994, graduating quickly to breakfast for a short spell, before moving back to weekends. As with so many, he probably did his best work when alone, relaxed and away from the glare of breakfast.
Kevin left Radio 1 in 2000, moving across variously to 5 Live, GLR, Jazz and Heart 106.2.
Kevin died on 30th December 2007 in circumstances, sadly, too common in what the press might call the 'entertainment world'. So - let's simply remember here his work; and how genuinely popular he was in the radio community.
