26 year old Emma Fillipoff vanished from Victoria, BC on Nov 28, 2012 under circumstances as mysterious as they are heartbreaking.

She was last seen only three hours prior to her mother Shelley's arrival who, concerned for her daughter's safety, arrived in Victoria by plane from her home in Ontario to check on her.
