Senator Ted Cruz of Texas is standing by his decision not to endorse Donald Trump for the Presidency during a speech at the Republican Convention in Cleveland that brought uproar to the arena. Mr. Cruz told Republicans from Texas today that he will never endorse anyone who targets members of his family during political campaigns....a clear reference to the bruising primary election process that he fought with Donald Trump.
