Utah GOP delegates support Cruz in spite of Trump winning nomination

Utah delegates were required to throw their support behind Ted Cruz at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland. Before doing so, Utah Republican Party Chairman James Evans promised voters in the Beehive State would toss their support behind Trump come November.
