The quietest 12th of recent years – a sign of hope for the future? #BBCNolan

It's being described as one of the quietest Twelfths of recent years. The front page headline of today's Irish News says "low key end to Twelfth parades offers hope for future marching seasons".

There were some tensions in north Belfast last night, where a crowd of about 200 gathered at the Ardoyne shops. But the return Orange Order parade in the area passed off without serious incident. So are there grounds for optimism about parade-related tensions being reduced going forward?
