Should the Government provide parenting classes?

All parents should receive lessons from the government - on how to bring up their kids. That's according to the outgoing president of the Faculty of Public Health. He says the state needs to step in to stop irreparable damage. What do you reckon? Help for parents - or the nanny state at it again?
