President Kiir issues Republican Order

President Salva Kiir has issued a republican order for the cessation of hostilities between the SPLA and SPLA - in opposition with immediate effect.

All SPLA soldiers have been ordered to return to their bases. Micheal Makuei the Government Spokesperson read out the order
