Should we allow our canine friends into restaurants?

A new survey has suggested that almost four in 10 (39%) people believe that dogs should be banned entirely from restaurants. But with many dogs better behaved than some peple - should we be changing the rules? Would you take your dog to dinner, or is a doggie bag enough?!
