The new Prime Minister will be a woman - it's between Theresa May and Andrea Leadsom for the biggest job in British politics. Hillary Clinton is also favourite for the White House, Angela Merkel leads Germany, the leaders of the Welsh, Scottish and our own assembly - the DUP's Arlene Foster - are all women. So what does this say about politics now - is the age of the middle-aged, grey haired, male politician over?
