Marta Cebrian Lopez is an experienced Spanish chef, recently arrived in Brussels, who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. With a little help from her chef mother, the pair are putting on a special dinner under the rotunda of the Galerie Ravenstein on Saturday evening.
