How many bins do you have and do you use them in the right way? Bins and recycling tends to a subject many have an opinion on especially when it comes to separating waste. One local council has started spot checking bins for food waste. Under new rules, in Ards and North Down council area, if you dispose of food waste in your black bin instead of the kitchen caddie your bin will no longer be emptied.
