Teresa Carey regularly speaks in public with the aim of inspiring people to realise their potential and she really does practice what she preaches. She writes the blog Sailing Simplicity about her life afloat, she runs the sailing school Morse Alpha with husband Ben Eriksen, she is a co-founder of the marine conservation organisation Hello Ocean, and she has turned to film-making with the award winning documentary One Simple Question, which charts a voyage to the Arctic in search of an iceberg.
