Zika Funding May ‘Already Be Too Late’

The stalemate in the Senate over Zika funding is already being felt at the county level in some parts of the U.S.—even in areas with robust mosquito control programs.

Back in February, the White House requested $1.9 billion in emergency funding to fight Zika, but that funding—which was later scaled back to $1.1 billion—is still being debated.
