People who park, and mis-pay, will be getting a reprieve

Those electronic parking meters around downtown Salt Lake City can be confusing. Mostly the labeling of which number spot where you're parked. And it's caused many people to give money to the wrong number. So Mayor Jackie Biskupski has a solution.
