Neil Hamilton AM tells @JamieOwenBBC "The EU as originally conceived is doomed."

Following the UK vote to Leave the EU, Neil Hamilton AM and UKIP leader in the Assembly says the EU is doomed, and other European countries will now "follow the UK's example."
