D-Day Veteran recalls the landings

92 year old veteran, Arthur Bailey, was just 18 when he joined up to serve with the Army. He served with the Portsmouth branch of the Parachute Regiment and at the age of 20 he stormed the beaches for the D-Day landings. In December last year he was awarded Frances highest decoration, the Legion d’Honneur. Natasha Reneaux caught up with Arthur to get his thoughts on the landings. Click play to hear more...
