UK Ambassdor clarifies on international support for TGoNU

The UK ambassador to South Sudan has clarified on international support to the transitional government of national unity.

In recent days there have been calls from the interim government for more support from international partners.

Ambassador Tim Morris, told the Breakfast show that the international community is encouraged by the steps taken in the peace process and continues to support humanitarian and development projects.

Ambassador Morris clarified that there is a process of reforms required before any direct engagement towards the national budget can be undertaken. More in this interview.
