'It was a breakthrough meeting' - James Gatdet Dak

The 28 states has been a sticking point in the implementation of the peace agreement. James Gatdet Dak, spokesperson of the 1st Vice President Riek Machar speaks about a boundary commission that will be appointed to study the viability of the states. Once appointed, the body has 30 days to report back with recommendations. This was agreed upon in a meeting of the Presidency on Wednesday. Listen here to Gatdet’s interview with Sebit William.
