President's spokesperson on 28 states

The 28 states has been a sticking point in the implementation of the peace agreement. The President’s spokesperson, Ateny Wek Ateny speaks about a boundary commission that will be appointed to study the viability of the states. Once appointed, the body has 30 days to report back with recommendations. This was agreed upon in a meeting of the Presidency on Wednesday.
