Honouring our Heroes - SRSG message on Int'l Day of UN Peacekeepers

The Special Representative of the Secretary General and Head of UNMISS has paid tribute to UN Peacekeepers for their selfless and dedicated service in the cause of peace.
Speaking at events to commemorate International Day of UN Peacekeepers in Juba, Ellen Margrethe Løj reaffirmed the UN’s commitment to supporting the South Sudan interim government in realizing full and lasting peace.
The SRSG started off by reading UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s message before her own.
