Is Stormont opposition a step towards ‘normalisation’? @NewtonEmerson and @dmcbfs discuss

A step towards the normalisation of Northern Ireland politics. That's being claimed about the big developments at the Assembly. The SDLP, UUP and probably Alliance are going to be on the Opposition benches And that would leave the DUP and Sinn Fein as the only parties in Government. But is this really a move towards normalisation?
